Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize manufacturing processes (injection, paint, assembly, bonding).
  • Deploy POMS methodology and best practices.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and production launch for new equipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, FMEA, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate trials, acceptance procedures, and documentation updates.
  • Provide technical support and training to production teams.
  • Investigate process deviations and implement corrective actions.

 

Requirements

  • Engineering degree required.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of plastic processes and large equipment.
  • Familiarity with POMS, FMEA, A3 methods.
  • Team-oriented, self-driven, systematic working style.
  • Willingness to follow safety standards and collaborate across functions.
