Als Teamlead Paint Application (m/w/d) führst Du ein Team und gestaltest die Lackierorganisation aktiv mit. 

Aufgaben

• Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Applikationsteams
• Verantwortung für Applikationstechnik: Roboter, Lackparameter, Lackversorgung
• Optimierung und Überwachung der Lackierprozesse
• Serienbegleitung der Lackierroboter und des Lackmischraums
• Analyse von Lackierfehlern & Ableitung wirksamer Maßnahmen
• Unterstützung bei Produkteinführungen und neuen Technologien
• Planung von Wartungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen
• Erstellung von SPS/SWI und Teilnahme an täglichen Qualitätsrunden

Profil:

• Techniker, Meister oder Ingenieur – idealerweise mit Erfahrung in Lackier- und Applikationstechnik
• Know-how in Robotertechnik und Qualitäts-/Problemlösungsprozessen
• Gute PC-Kenntnisse & Englisch von Vorteil, Deutsch fließend
• Führungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und ein ausgeprägtes HSE-Mindset
