Responsibilities:

  • Introducing machines, equipment, and molds into the maintenance system;
  • Creating and updating procedures for preventive maintenance of machines, equipment, and molds;
  • Developing preventive maintenance plans for machines and equipment;
  • Generating preventive maintenance requirements for machines, equipment, and molds;
  • Recording completed work in the maintenance system;
  • Administration related to equipment machines and molds activations and scrapings including creation of necessary documentation;
  • Supporting inventory checks with machines, equipment, and molds;
  • Responsibility for the spare parts management;
  • Creating work procedures;
  • Maintenance KPI tracking and analysis;
  • Participating in acceptance processes for new machines, equipment, and molds;
  • Proposing cost‑saving initiatives to reduce maintenance expenses;

Profile:

  • Understanding of maintenance management processes, including key KPIs (MTBF – Mean Time Between Failures, MTTR – Mean Time To Repair, maintenance costs);
  • Experience with maintenance systems, preferably Maximo;
  • Ability to create and manage preventive maintenance procedures and plans;
  • Experience with inventory management (buildings, machines, equipment, molds);
  • Understanding of spare parts management and warehouse processes;
  • Familiarity with acceptance processes for new equipment;
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Ability to work with Czech language(technical documentation);
