Responsibilities:

• Implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools in the plant,
• Being a part of transformation team – creation of EU HUB,
• Being a Leader of Lean strategy in the production plant,
• Conducting trainings regarding lean methodology,
• Cooperation with the Manufacturing Excellence Team,
• Cooperation with internal stakeholders and departments as logistics, quality, production to look for areas of improvement.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing / World Class Manufacturing,
• Bachelor’s degree (technical would be an asset),
• Fluency in Czech & English languages,
• Practical knowledge of tools: 5s, TPM, SMED, VSM, 3M, Kaizen Methodology,
• Experience in automotive industry is a plus,
