On this position you will be responsible for taking care of customer quality for existing projects.
Responsibility:

Communication with customers and, as needed, visits customers and evaluates their comments on product quality,

Transferring customer requirements to internal processes,
-
Monitoring the status of implementation of corrective measures in relation to customer complaints
-
Leading 8D initiative with other team members,
-
Cooperation in analyzing complaints and in proposing corrective measures

Communication with resident engineers for individual customers
-
Cooperation with professional departments in determining corrective measures
-
Cooperation in analyzing the results of internal/extrenal audits and product audits of relevant production programs
Requirements:
-
2-3 years of experience in customer quality, supplier quality or project quality, ideally in automotive industry;

Knolwedge of APQP & PPAP concepts;
-
Fluency in English is a must;
-
Fluency in Czech/Slovak or Polish is also required;

Ability to work independently with high customer orientation & approach;

Perfect time-management and communication skills;
-
Driving license and willngness to travel (once per month);
