The role is located in our Rychvald Plant. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of the team responsible for industrialization (manufacturing area) in the core project team during the introduction of new products or their changes;

• Management of assigned production projects (e.g. relocation of equipment, long-term increase in production efficiency);

• Start of production of new projects;

• Creation, updating and responsibility for compliance with timing for the manufacturing area;

• Project status reporting, overview updates;

• KPI reporting of new projects;

• Organization and management of the Launch readiness review;

• Planning and implementation of corrective measures in case of deviations from quality goals, deadlines or costs;

• Increasing the efficiency of the process of preparing new products;

Requirements:

• High school or higher education (with the technical background);

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is mandatory;

• Knowledge of Czech language (B2/C1 level) - a must;

• Knolwedge of IATF 16949 – nice to have;

• Familiarity with automotive industry will be a big plus;

• Knowledge of English language (B1/B2 level);

• Project management skills;

• Willingness to work 100% onsite in our Rychvald Plant
