Responsibilities:

• Leading a customer & planning team and meeting customer requirements;

• Driving and assurance of demand planning and arbitration process in the plant; moderating action plans;

• Assurance of timely response on customer requests and needs and ability to handle escalations;

• Utilizing diverse demand planning sources and compiling a list of customer critical materials;

• Monitoring critical deliveries, prioritize production and preparing AETC (authorization for extraordinary transport) when necessary;

• Collaborating with internal logistics and quality departments, focusing on goods receipts, packaging, and material differences analysis.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in customer logistics/planning (automomotive industry - nice to have);

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system;

• English B2 level;

• Czech/Slovak/Polish language is required;

• Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure;
