This position is located in our Plant in Rychvald.

By joining the team you will support company processes to become OES Central HUB and low runners for premium customer.

Responsibilities:

• Material control team management, H/C and overtime control;
• RAW material stock control, obsolete stock control, material in transit & inventory control;
• Master data (MOQ, LT, GRT) management;
• Critical supplier & escalation process management;
• Cost management, extra shipment management, safety stock & claims management;

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics & supply chain process;
• Proven leadership experience;
• Proven experience in inventory control, material planning and material flow or internal logistics (automotive preferred);
• Proficiency in MRP systems and inventory management tools;
• ERP systems knowledge (SAP will be an asset);
• Strong understanding of supplier scheduling and delivery processes;
• Excellent written and verbal communication for supplier coordination and internal collaboration;
• Fluency in Czech & English languages;
