Production Planning & Customer Supply Leader

This position is located in Rychvald Plant close to Ostrava.

Supply Chain Leader will manage Production planning & Customer Supply Team. 

The team is responsible for contacting customers to gather the relevant production requirements and then planning production schedules based on this information.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a production planning & customer supply team to fullfill customer's requirements and orders and to plan the schedules accordingly;
• Driving and assurance of demand planning and arbitration process in the plant; moderating action plans;
• Setting the priorities to the team and compiling a list of customer critical materials;
• Prioritize production and preparing AETC (authorization for extraordinary transport) when necessary;
• Being a team's and company's representative in front of a customer;
• Assurance of timely response on customer requests and needs and ability to handle escalations;

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in supply chain, especially in production planning and S&OP (experience in automotive will be an asset);
• Excellent communication skills, especially with external stakeholders and customers;
• Understanding the logic of production planning process; 
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system;
• English B2 level;
• Czech/Slovak/Polish language is required (one of them);
• Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure;
