The Korea Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for adapting, continuously improving, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy in line with Country business needs and Opmobility requirements.
Activities:
Manage cross BG recruitment activities within India:
- Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategy:
- Decide on recruitments to be managed internally or outsourced
- Manage and develop partnerships with recruitment and jobboards agencies to continuously increase quality of service against decreasing costs
- Evaluate and explore trainees/apprentices/VIE pipeline
- Build an external potential candidate pipeline
- Consolidate needs from all sites
- Ensure application reviews on Sucessfactors (Opteam)
- Interview, select and present short list of candidates
- Integrate D&I strategy into TA tools, processes and methodologies to ensure TA is playing a pro-active role in driving forward OP's Diversity agenda
- Communicate TA dashboard and monitor progress
- Develop local HR and managers on recruiting skills so as to hire candidates in line with OPmobility expectations
- Participate to continuous improvement of TA model School-related activities:
- Implement and manage regional campus management and school relation community
- Develop partnerships with target universities and schools with the support of local HR team
- Build and keep up to date regional talent pipeline
- Promote OPmobility image on our career site, LinkedIn and other social media / job boards
- Explain and promote OPmobility employer branding to Local HR and Managers
- Continuous improvement of our communication with external candidates (job offer, acknowledgment of receipt of application, follow up, hiring, rejection…)
- Participate in continuous improvement of TA model.
Competences requirements :
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- An international experience will be a plus
- A Minimum of eight years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Expertise in sourcing, interviews, assessment, candidate experience
- Results oriented, strong leadership, proven negotiation skills, very good communication skills, open to multicultural/intercultural environment, team player.
- Very good command of the English language and home country language.
The position is based in Suwon.
