Missions
The quality & purchasing professional is responsible for facilitating the efficient functioning of the services by coordinating agendas, transmitting and consolidating information according to the required formats and ensuring the performance of administrative tasks in an optimized manner
• Management of the schedule of VPs and directors of one or more departments: planning routines, organizing appointments, coordinating agendas, rescheduling when necessary
• Preparation of meetings: formalization and distribution of the agenda, invitations, minutes
• Organization of events: coordination of agendas, search for suppliers / adapted internal or external services, logistical organization (room reservations, equipment, etc.)
• Consolidation and formalization of information or records of decisions (numerical data / presentations, etc.), establishment of reports / summaries, communication or training materials, ensures recording, traceability and archiving, dissemination to interested parties
• Communication: Mailing list management, briefing notes, updates
• Reception and integration of new arrivals and management of departures: coordination and implementation of access settings, provision of working resources, facilitation and organization of integration, etc.
• Organization and optimization of travel
• Placing and receiving orders
• Follow-up of budget items related to finance
• Support for the coordination of event sites
Profile
Training : Bac +2 or +3, in administration or management / marketing / communication or other
Experience : Executive or VP Assistant in the industrial sector

Excellent mastery of computer tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, MS365)
Fluency in French and English (German or Spanish would be a plus)
