Job Description
Within the Sales & Programs department, you will be responsible for the financial monitoring of projects. You will work closely with project managers, finance teams, and procurement to ensure effective management and performance of programs in an international environment. You will oversee cost tracking, time tracking, and client invoicing, as well as manage supplier orders.

Duration: 2 years
Main responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the monitoring and forecasting analysis of project hours and travel costs, including updating forecasts and preparing monthly reports
- Ensuring the follow-up of client invoicing, including data entry in SAP, updating tracking tools, and preparing invoices along with deliverables
- Monitoring project costs from initiation through to account closure
- Managing supplier order receipts in coordination with procurement teams

Candidate profile:
- You are currently pursuing a two-year degree (Bac+2) in Project Management
- You have an intermediate level of English (B1/B2)
- You have initial experience using Excel
- You have strong writing skills
- You are detail-oriented, versatile, and well-organized
