Job Description

Within the Marketing and Communications department, you will contribute to the organization of events and the creation of communication materials. 

Desired start date: September 2026 
Duration: 1 to 2 years 

Main responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Actively participating in the organization of events, both internally for employees and externally for clients, in order to promote innovations
• Learning about our automotive products, including their technical features and specificities, through the management of a model catalog
• Attending preparation meetings with various stakeholders and playing a key role in the logistical organization before, during, and after events. The goal is to help you progressively build the skills needed to manage these events independently throughout your apprenticeship
• Developing communication materials for these events (flyers, video storytelling, etc.) in collaboration with the team. Your strong command of communication tools and creativity will be key assets
• Participating in the activities of the Marketing and Communications team within BG Exterior & Lighting and contributing your ideas. You will develop a strong understanding of our challenges and products in order to prepare materials for local committees and executive management

Candidate profile:

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/+5) in Event Management or Communication
• You have a good professional level of English (B2)
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• You have strong command of Microsoft Office tools
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You are a strong team player, proactive, and enjoy taking initiative and collaborating
• You have strong analytical and summarizing skills and work with attention to detail 

Location: Sigmatech – Avenue du Bois des Vergnes, 01150 Sainte-Julie (40 km from Lyon, carpooling available)
