Job Description
Within the Engineering Product Validation department, you will contribute to the execution and analysis of laboratory testing in Materials and Paint, as well as to the continuous improvement of testing methods and the production of customer deliverables.
Desired start date: September 2026
Duration: 2 to 3 years
Main responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:

Performing laboratory tests in compliance with specifications and test methods (Materials and Paint scope)

Analyzing and interpreting test results

Preparing and formalizing customer deliverables through the laboratory management system (OneLab)

Leading reliability and optimization initiatives for existing test methods (procedures, new technologies, AI integration, etc.)
Candidate profile:
-
Currently pursuing a BTS ATI or BTS 2M (technical associate degree)

Intermediate level of English (B1)
-
Knowledge of the automotive industry, quality standards, or prior experience in a technical environment would be a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Location: Sigmatech – Avenue du Bois des Vergnes, 01150 Sainte-Julie (40 km from Lyon, carpooling available)
