Job Description

Within the Programs department at the site, you will support the team in managing various administrative and operational tasks. This includes handling customer invoicing, monitoring project financials, processing and receiving supplier purchase requests, as well as tracking and controlling project hours. 

 

Desired start date: September 2026

Duration: 2 years 

 

Main responsibilities:

You will report to the Program Account Administrator within the department. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer invoicing

  • Monitoring project financial performance

  • Processing and receiving supplier purchase requests

  • Tracking and controlling project hours

 

Candidate profile:

  • You are preparing a Bac+2/+3 (Associate/Bachelor’s degree) in Finance or Business Administration

  • You have an intermediate level of English (B1/B2)

  • You are comfortable working with numbers

  • Initial experience with office tools and advanced Excel skills would be a plus

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • You are a strong team player and highly motivated

 

Location: Sigmatech – Avenue du Bois des Vergnes, 01150 Sainte-Julie (40 km from Lyon, carpooling available)
