About the Role 
Within the General Services / Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) department, you will be responsible for improving work efficiency by developing process automation solutions using Microsoft 365, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.

Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: between 2 and 6 months

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Improvement of existing digital tools:
    • Updating and optimizing the prevention plan and its associated documents
    • Monitoring and improving Power BI dashboards related to safety (HSE) and performance management (General Services)
    • Enhancing event management through identified applications
  • Creation and development of new solutions:
    • Developing a tool for managing security authorizations
    • Implementing a tracking system for the introduction of new processes
  • Writing tutorials and operating procedures for all tools (workflow and architecture organization)
  • Creating a link between prevention plans / work permits and the pre-registration tablet
  • Supporting change management and managing information points

 

About You

  • You are pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac +3/+4/+5) in IT, Project Management, or Management Control
  • You have an advanced level of English (B1/B2)
  • You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI
  • You have strong analytical and teaching skills
