Job Description

Within the Innovation Department, you will contribute to in-depth work on two key topics: laser micro-perforation of paint on lighting components and laser texturing. Your role will involve analysing, testing, and documenting best practices for these technologies to optimise the visual and functional quality of parts and contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes.

Duration:
6 months

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to in-depth studies of laser processes applied to the decoration of exterior automotive parts.

  • Use laser technology for micro-perforation and surface texturing.

  • Design and conduct experimental trials using the new generation of lasers integrated into the pilot line.

  • Monitor and follow up on trials carried out by external suppliers.

  • Prepare technical reports and document the results obtained.

     

Candidate profile:

  • You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Optics, Chemistry, or Physics.

  • You have an advanced level of English (B2/C1).

  • You have a very good command of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • You have a good understanding of chemistry, optics, and robotics.

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.

  • You are able to work independently.

  • You have strong analytical and synthesis skills.

  • You have good written and verbal communication skills.
