INTERNSHIP - Junior Project Manager in Engineering Methodology & Performance (M/F)

About the Role

Within the Engineering Design & Development department, you will be responsible for contributing to and leading projects and initiatives aimed at improving engineering standards, processes, tools, and overall performance.

 

Start date: March 2026 
Duration: Ideally 6 months 

 

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives and projects designed to enhance the performance and competitiveness of the engineering function within customer project development
  • Contribute to transversal projects managed by the department
  • Manage the update of engineering standards, tools, and processes in coordination with various stakeholders, and support the associated change management activities
  • Develop performance indicators (KPIs) and tools related to engineering performance, carry out cross-functional analyses, and ensure monthly reporting at different levels (division, engineering center)
  • Contribute to improving development cost efficiency (workload, quality, etc.) in collaboration with the division’s engineering centers

 

About You

  • You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Engineering
  • You have an advanced level of English (B2/C1)
  • You have strong skills in Excel, including pivot tables and macros; knowledge of Power BI would be a plus
  • You are autonomous and persistent
  • You have strong analytical and summarizing skills
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities
