About the Role
Within the Innovation department, you will participate in in-depth work on two major topics: laser microperforation of paint on lighting parts and laser texturing. Your mission will be to analyze, experiment, and capitalize on best practices for these technologies in order to optimize the visual and functional quality of the parts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes.
Start date: March 2026
Duration: Ideally 6 months
Your Main Responsibilities
• Participate in in-depth work on laser processes applied to the decoration of exterior parts
• Use lasers for microperforation and surface texturing
• Conduct design of experiments with the new generation of lasers integrated on the pilot line
• Monitor outsourced tests with suppliers
• Write technical reports and consolidate the results obtained
About You
• You are pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Optics, Chemistry, or Physics
• You have an advanced level of English (B2/C1)
• You have a strong command of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• You have a good understanding of chemistry, optics, and robotics
• You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
• You are able to work independently
• You demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis skills
• You have good written and oral communication skills
