Job Description
Within the Supply Chain Department, you will contribute to harmonising packaging practices and improving the logistics processes across OPmobility plants. Your role will involve structuring data, formalising best practices, and participating in innovation and continuous improvement projects on an international scale.
Desired start date: February 2027
Duration: 6 months
Main responsibilities:
- Packaging Standardisation: Contribute to harmonising packaging solutions in collaboration with the various plants within the Business Group.
- Standards and Best Practices Documentation: Develop, structure, and update reference documents and tools to harmonise working methods.
- Packaging Data Structuring: Create and maintain reliable historical databases of packaging solutions for use in Artificial Intelligence tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve Supply Chain and packaging development processes.
- Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) Deployment: Participate in the implementation and commissioning of an automated guided vehicle within the pilot line.
- International Collaboration: Work with internal experts across the global network to share knowledge and ensure the operational relevance of the solutions developed.
Candidate profile:

You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in General Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or Production.

You have an advanced level of English (B2/C1). Knowledge of German, Spanish, Polish, or Slovak would be an advantage.

You have a very good command of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

You have a good understanding of internal flows and industrial logistics.

You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.

You are an attentive listener, have strong analytical skills, and take a structured approach to your work.
