MISSIONS :

  • Run day-to-day technical maintenance of Information Systems used on site : infrastructure, networks, telephony, servers, backup & security, computers…

  • Technical support level 2 

  • Respect of SLA defined for infrastructure

  • Deploy and support the locally managed infrastructure IT solutions

  • Deploy technical IT projects validated at Corporate, Business Group or Plant level

  • Deliver IT projects on time and in line with Corporate/Business Group standards

 

ACTIVITIES :

  • Maintenance of servers/network (wifi/LAN) on the site

  • Management of servers room including Contract/Access

  • Keep safe all the infra of the site according with SLA and KPI security of the group (maintenance contract or spare parts)

  • Follow roadmap of renewal according to the standard of the IT Group

  • Create and maintain up-to-date site IT documentation (infrastructure, inventories, technical/functional documentation, contingency procedures…).

  • Lead or contribute to IT projects on his/her site, coming from Corporate / Business Group or local.

  • May manage additional IT resources (subcontractors, trainees…)

 

PROFILE :

Diploma :

Bachelor IT infrastructure and system or equivalent experience in IT.

IT certifications (network, Hosting, Backup technologies…)

 

Background :

Operational management of IT infrastructure and system in an industrial environment.
Infrastructure delivery / support
 

Key technical competencies : PC, Coreswitch, Back-up, Powershell, Telephony, Network (Firewall, Lan, Wifi) & a fluent English
