JOB DESCRIPTION

Within the Human Resources department, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner and lead part of the recruitment campaign for interns and apprentices (approximately 30 recruitments) of OPmobility's international R&D center, Sigmatech.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and gather recruitment needs
• Write and publish internship and apprenticeship job postings
• Pre-select and qualify candidates through phone interviews
• Conduct recruitment interviews
• Handle administrative formalities until the welcome and integration of candidates (internship agreements, Cerfa forms, etc.)
• Support interns and apprentices throughout their journey to retain them and build a pool of young employable talent for the Company
• Report and track key indicators related to interns and apprentices
• Participate in various recruitment forums

PROFILE

• Graduate or Undergraduate student (BAC+4/5) pursuing degree in Human Resources, International Management or similar
• Possesses advanced levels of fluency in English and French (ability to conduct interviews and presentations in both languages)
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills
• You are an organized and rigorous person
• Collaborative team player

DURATION

4 to 6-months internship starting January between Jan and March 2025

Sigmatech - Avenue du Bois des Vergnes, 01150 Sainte-Julie (30 km from Lyon - carpooling options are available).

COMPENSATION

Calculated according to level of degree | +company restaurant subsidy + transportation allowance + Access to on-site sports gym
