JOB DESCRIPTION

Based at OPmobility’s international R&D center, you will contribute to incident-free product launches in compliance with automotive manufacturers’ (OEM) requirements and OPmobility’s standards.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and analyze defects on products received from suppliers
  • Ensure launches that meet OEM and OPmobility requirements by following the APQP process
  • Create, analyze, and manage documents that make up the PPAP file
  • Manage program changes (indices, nomenclatures, technical evolutions, etc.) in coordination with the project team
  • Ensure effective and transparent communication among suppliers, your future teammates, and other internal and external project stakeholders
  • Analyze challenges, propose solutions, and document lessons learned

 

PROFILE

  • Graduate or undergraduate student (BAC +4/5) pursuing degree in Plastics Engineering, or similar fields
  • Knowledge of APQP and PPAP processes
  • Familiarity with the FMEA tool would be a plus
  • Knowledge of Office 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Word & Excel
  • Advanced levels of fluency in English and French
  • Strong communication and synthesis skills
  • Organized, rigorous and analytical mindset
  • Collaborative team player
  • Curious and dynamic

 

DURATION

5 to 6-month internship starting september/october 2025

 

LOCATION

Sigmatech - Avenue du Bois des Vergnes, 01150 Sainte-Julie (30 km from Lyon - carpooling options are available).

 

COMPENSATION

Calculated according to level of degree | +company restaurant subsidy + transportation allowance + Access to on-site sports gym
