Mission:

Support the buyers team to

  • keep the purchasing business plan up to date
  • Keep the supplier panel documentation up to date
  • Drive sourcing with buyers coaching

 

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with suppliers on open items
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders on open issues
  • Work on Financial and forecast reporting
  • Work on supplier documentation

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable with Excel
  • Ability to analyze data, assess supplier proposals
  • Experience (not mandatory, but desirable): Any prior internships or part-time roles in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Skill in handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams
