Asia SALES BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - KOREA

Responsibilities:

As a Korean native you will have:


-Sales Management:

  1. Lead and/ or assist with acquisition projects as necessary by preparing business/ commercial/ technical proposals
  2. Responsible RFI and RFQ preparations by leading the acquisition team to make quotations
  3. Identify potential opportunities to expand OPmobility business in EU including new customers, partnerships etc
  4. Execute market and product analysis to identify future market opportunities for OPmobility products
  5. Responsible for gate review preparation for acquisition projects
  6. Lead, plan and execute special assignments from the SU Group
  7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  8. Manage any and all matters specific to your customers by assisting with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  9. Identify and grow opportunities within existing customers and collaborate with project/ plant teams to ensure growth attainment
  10. Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet or exceed sales targets
  11. Manage customer contracts and negotiate price agreements to maximize profit
  12. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results, annual forecasts etc.) and prepare reports on account status

-Project Management:

1. Create, implement, train to, enforce and continuously improve program management systems, procedures, documentation, reporting, gate reviews and performance measurement
2. Provide resources, tools and support to help meet all program and production launch deliverables including timing, financials, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, morale and safety
3. Actively participate in risk anticipation and in problem solving activities and at all program interfaces with customers, suppliers and partners
4. Ensure efficient, targeted usage of financial and human resources in all program management activities. Reduce waste in all programs and launch processes and activities

Competences:

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum 10 years experience in sales and project management of which 5+years experiences in automotive parts companies
3. Very organized, strong analytical skills
4. Presentation and negotiation skills
5. Experien in a multi-cultural environment is advantageous
6. High motivation to support steady business growth
7. Committed team player with motivational drive, flexible and dynamic approach
