Responsibilities:
IMS - Ensure the implementation and animation of New Energies IMS
- Coordinate with Process Leaders the Integrated Management system implementation (RPP, Management review, retention list…).
- Check the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System (process matrix).
- Lead action plans to attain objectives and effectively implement the corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare training and presentation materials when and where needed.
- Participate to New Energies IMS revision and improvement with Division
IMS - Manage locally audits plan in liaise with the Division
- Manage his/her local auditors team and local audit plan.
- Prepare audits for his/her location in liaise with process leaders and manage local IMS action plans.
- Conduct IMS audits for other location to monitor compliance to applicable Standards and controlled documents.
- Participate to questionnaires revision with Division.
IMS - Is responsible of the controlled documentation locally in partnership with the process leaders.
- Manage local document controllers.
- Distribute Division controlled documents locally.
- Support local teams to create and publish local controlled documents in-line with Division ones.
- Make sure obsolete documents are archived.
- Propose improvements to Division IMS controlled documents.
IMS - Ensure CSR are identified and tracked locally.
- Identify and store CSR with QEs.
- Analyze them and make sure they are properly applied
Reuirements:
- Engineer’s degree (Mechanics, Quality, Materials…)
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Must be enthusiastic and have a good initiative spirit
- Know Quality Referential (ISO9001, IATF16949)
- Quality Engineering/System experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in IMS certification
- IMS related training and internal auditing
- Analytics and Information Systems skills
- Flexibility in communication requirements (must be able to communicate with people from any position in the organization effectively and professionally)
- Good analysis of issues and concerns and systematic formulation of organizational systems and procedures
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to identify critical instructions.
- Must be able to prioritize and should be well-organized.
- Team playing, communication skills and rigor. Ability to federate teams, define and actively lead a cross departmental plan to achieve results.
