COUNTRY MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL -

Mission:

• Daily trouble shooting for equipment in production line.
• Preventive Maintenance plan and execution.
• New machine setting.
• Continuous improving to support other dept requirement （Production, EHS, Lab, Warehouse…）.

Activities:

Daily onsite maintenance

• Daily 24 hours support troubleshooting, repairing work, routine checking on production line to ensure finishing production plan.
• Weekly/Monthly report of machine downtime analysis and corrective actions tracking.
• Responsible and support for all PLC, Electricity works in daily maintenance.

Planning maintenance

• Provide maintenance plan, manual and work instruction for production equipment and facility.
• Responsible for all paperwork in daily maintenance.
• Develop instructions for Preventive Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance, training technicians and operators.

Continuous improvement project

• Setup facility/production equipment maintenance project, support machine relocation and installation.
• Develop and update spare parts, tooling, consumable material list.
• Monitor daily work activities according in health, safety and environmental requirements, report accidents/incidents immediately to the supervisor of the affected area.
• Setting continuous improving project for cost saving. (Energy, spare parts, labor cost…)
• Support other departments to finish project and daily work.
