Project Manager - POREIN

Missions:

• Supervises the achievement of HPS project targets and objectives (quality, profitability, timing and risks) that he/she defines and validates
• Strengthens the PORein robust HPS project management and cross departmental collaborative culture of the PORein

Activities:

Project Plan

• • Sets project planning according to customer milestone or internal requirement, anticipates deviation, risks
  • takes corrective actions during whole project period.
  • Ensures management of the project during whole process from RFQ, development and production phase. 

Team Management

• • Develop teamwork in a collaborative mode and work in synergy with all project team members to achieve target
  • Secures availability of adequate resources.
  • Contributes to appraisal process of core team members. 

Financials

• • Establishes budget and manages development, and other expenses of project within budget objectives
  • Cost management with risk and opportunity. 

Product/Process

• • Masters’ product and process design to achieve target costs
  • Make sure that technical/process choices are made in accordance with quality targets.
  • Makes sure that quality targets will be reached, checking that all quality assessments (FMEA, …) are done properly.

Customer

• • Interfaces with the customer on all project issues, ensure good communication and information flow between the customer and PORein project team (including production sites).
  • Customers’ needs management and negotiation

Steering

• • Organizes with the project team regular project meetings (weekly) and project performance reviews (monthly).
  • Identifies project risks and implements action plans.
  • ECR management with project team, to monitor the change list, respect product quality, customer needs, timing and budget.
