About the mission :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Compliance Professional to support the implementation of compliance and data protection programs across Asia. The role will assist in regulatory research, compliance risk assessment, training, investigation, and data privacy initiatives, while working closely with business and functional teams in a multinational environment.
The ideal profile :
- Bachelor's degree or above in law or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a reputable law firm and/or multinational company, preferably in compliance, regulatory, investigations, data protection, or corporate legal matters.
- Sound knowledge of anti-corruption, competition law, data protection, and corporate compliance principles.
- Strong analytical, drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Resilient and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in an evolving environment.
- PRC Bar qualification, CIPP certification, or other relevant compliance/privacy certifications would be an advantage.
