SITE INDUSTRIAL PROCESS & SYSTEMS PROFESSIONAL -

Responsibilities:

On-time completion rate of new plant layout, production line planning, equipment configuration and manufacturing cost quotation

•    Collect project capacity demand and technical requirements in advance. 
•    Draw workshop layout and production line layout scheme as scheduled. 
•    Select and match equipment according to process and output demands. 

•    Calculate labor, material and equipment costs to finish quotation. 
•    Review and optimize plans before submission to avoid revision delay. 

Customer audit non-conformity closure rate
•    Sort out audit documents and standardize site management before audit. 
•    Accompany customer auditors and record all non-conformities on site. 
•    Form rectification plan with responsible persons and clear deadlines. 
•    Track implementation progress of corrective actions daily. 
•    Submit evidence for re-verification until full closure.

PPAP submission pass rate on first trial
•    Provide process flow, line layout and capacity data for PPAP files. 
•    Verify production conditions, equipment and work instructions meet customer standards. 
•    Check all IE-related documents for completeness and accuracy. 
•    Conduct internal pre-review before official submission. 
•    Cooperate with quality team to answer customer inquiries timely.

PFMEA completion & update timeliness rate
•    Organize cross-team members to carry out PFMEA analysis on schedule. 
•    Identify potential failure risks for process, operation and logistics links. 
•    Define corresponding prevention and control measures. 
•    Update PFMEA timely when process, layout or equipment changes. 
•    Archive the final version and distribute to relevant departments.

Requirements:

•    Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related majors. 
•    Familiar with automotive industry quality system, PPAP and PFMEA requirements. 
•    Master lean production principles, line balancing and cycle time optimization methods. 
•    Understand workshop layout design, equipment selection and manufacturing cost accounting. 
•    Know customer audit standards and relevant automotive manufacturing specifications.

•    Engaged in industrial engineering work in automotive manufacturing industry. 
•    Experienced in new workshop layout, production line planning and cost quotation. 
•    Participated in whole process of new project launch, customer audit and non-conformity rectification. 
•    Cooperated with cross-functional teams to compile and submit PPAP documents. 
•    Took part in drafting, reviewing and updating PFMEA for production processes.

•    Capable of completing plant layout, line planning, equipment matching and cost quotation independently. 
•    Skilled in lean improvement, production line balancing and efficiency promotion. 
•    Able to organize preparation work for customer audits and close non-conformities efficiently. 
•    Provide professional IE data and documents to support PPAP submission. 

•    Lead or participate in PFMEA analysis, identify process risks and formulate control measures. 
•    Good at cross-department communication and project progress
