Main Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with Corporate and Division HSE objectives and requirements.
  • Ensures parts are produced according to customer specifications and requirements.
  • Take part in the implementation of the plant progress plan encouraging staff involvement, through the implementation of specific follow-up activities.
  • Leads a daily production meeting for immediate team, adjusts the resources according to the changes, implements and makes sure of the efficiency of the corrective actions.
  • Participates in the monthly meetings of his/her production unit, defines the plans for short- and medium-term organization including new product launch.
  • Leads the production area internal organization.
  • Leads the team (organization, objectives, discipline and mindset, people development) according to department and projects requirements.
  • Is required to maintain a high level of maintenance and 5S in work areas
  • Delivers the agreed budget for production area

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Engineering degree (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in an industrial environment with demanding quality and delivery standards.
  • Expertise:
    • Quality and supply chain management best practices.
    • Large production equipment management (programs, SOP creation, process improvements, failure analysis).
    • Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Competencies:
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Customer-oriented, results-driven, problem-solving mindset.
    • Time management and ability to foster team spirit, motivation, and commitment.
