Ihre Aufgaben:

• Führung und Unterstützung des Disponenten-Teams
• Analyse der Kundenanforderungen und Kundenabrufbearbeitung
• Analyse von Fehllieferungen und Engpassmanagement
• Erstellung von Aktionsplänen und Einleitung entsprechender Maßnahmen
• Sicherstellung der Bestandsziele, Bestandskontrolle und Definition geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung
• Aktive Unterstützung bei Inventuren und Aktives Bestandsmanagement
• Sicherstellen von Materialverfügbarkeit in Abhängigkeit von Sicherheitsbeständen und Wiederbeschaffungszeiten
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von internen und externen logistischen und IT-Prozessen
• Organisieren von Transporten im Zusammenspiel mit Versandabteilung und Logistikdienstleistern
• Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktionsabteilungen, Einkauf, Vertrieb und Projekten
• Koordinierung der Beschaffung von Vorserien- und Ersatzteilumfängen
• Erstellung von Bedarfsprognosen
• Key user Management, Weiterentwicklung und Training
• Supply Chain Network Unterstützung und Implementierung von Best practice Ansätzen
• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Inbound-Logistikkonzepten

Ihr Profil:

• Hochschulabschluss in den Fachbereichen Supply Chain Management, Ingenieurswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
• Logistikerfahrung
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit MRP-Systemen
• Fachkundige Englischkenntnisse sind eine Notwendigkeit
• Erweiterte Kenntnisse: KANBAN, Lean Manufacturing, Pull Flow, Levelling etc.
• Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
