SITE FINANCES CONTROLLING MANAGER (m/f/d)

Responsibilities :
- Partner with the Site Director and leadership team to support the management and performance of the site
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes in collaboration with all site departments
- Monitor, analyze, and challenge financial performance against budget and forecast targets and drive corrective action plans
- Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of monthly financial results, forecasts, risks and opportunities, and investment performance to the Business Unit
- Analyze variances and identify root causes of deviations from financial and operational targets
- Drive productivity improvement initiatives and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of action plans
- Oversee and continuously improve the site's financial and information systems to support operational excellence
- Lead and develop the Finance fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement; implement and improve structures within the department
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, internal controls, and reporting standards
Profile :
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or Business Analysis within the automotive industry or a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of financial controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles
- Proven experience in partnering with operational management teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on mindset
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is considered an asset
