Ihre Aufgaben:

• Termingerechte Belieferung und vorausschauende Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden ist Hauptziel Ihrer Aufgabe
• Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Versandteam und den internen Abteilungen zusammen und koordinieren die Outbound-Logistik
• Dabei verarbeiten Sie eingehenden produktionssynchronen Abrufe des Kunden und versorgen die Montage mit Informationen
• Sie Stellen mit Ihrem Team Liefereinteilungen (z.B. JIT- Liefereinteilungen) zusammen und überprüfen die (JIT-) Lieferungen auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit
• In Engpass-Situationen sammeln Sie die relevanten Informationen und treffen Entscheidungen, welche die Kundenbelieferung bestmöglich sicherstellen
• Koordinierung der Aftersales-Kunden und Kommunikation sind weiter Teil Ihrer Aufgabe
• Sie sind verantwortlich für die optimale Leergutverwaltung sowie die Disposition von LKWs und Erstellen von Routenplänen

Ihr Profil:

• Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem kaufmännischen Beruf mit oder haben ein Studium mit logistischem Schwerpunkt erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügen über gute Kenntnisse der Versandabwicklung
• SAP-Kenntnisse (Module MM/SD) sind für Sie ein absoluter Standard und die Arbeit mit dem System fällt Ihnen leicht
• Kenntnisse der Abläufe eines Industriebetriebes, vorzugsweise Automobil oder Automobilzulieferindustrie, sind von Vorteil
• Sie bringen erste Führungserfahrung mit und sind der deutschen- sowie englischen Sprache mächtig
