Aufgaben:

• Stellt die Nachverfolgung und Analyse der Rentabilität des Standorts im Hinblick auf die Budgetziele sicher.
• Bietet Korrekturmaßnahmenpläne und Verbesserungsprojekte an und erstellt diese.
• Analysiert vom Plant Finance Controller definierte Sonderprojekte.
• Amortisierungskosten, Abschreibungskosten, Aktivitätsniveau, Reisekosten, geschätzte Kosten, Gewinn/Verlust.
• Personalcontrolling einschließlich Reporting und Monatsabschluss
• Unterstützung bei der Personalmaßnahmen

Profil:

• Abschluss in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang, idealerweise mit einem Schwerpunkt in Finance
• Erste Erfahrung im Kostencontrolling wäre wünschenswert
• Analytisches Denken, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Sie können sehr gut mit MS Office und SAP umgehen
• Kenntnisse der Bedeutung der Disposition für das Betriebsergebnis
• Teamfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
