Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production areas of assembly and paint shop.
  • Develop and implement process optimizations in line with HSE requirements, customer expectations, and plant objectives to ensure optimal performance regarding IPIs.
  • Coach and develop team leaders, supervisors, and employees to achieve maximum efficiency in shift operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and advance production processes.
  • Responsible for team development (organization, goals, discipline, mindset, and personnel development) and ensure departmental and project requirements are met.

 

Profile

  • Successfully completed a degree in engineering.
  • Several years of leadership experience in a JIS (Just-In-Sequence) industrial production environment, with strong knowledge of Supply Chain and Quality.
  • Proven experience in personnel management and in paint shop and assembly line operations.
  • Strong communication skills, a team player, yet assertive.
  • Fluent in German and English.
