  • Support plant activities during industrialization and SOP (Start of Production) for automotive lighting products (headlamps, rear lamps).
  • Support electronic testing and ensure compliance with legal requirements and customer specifications.
  • Ensure electronic performance consistency with released product development and design intent.
  • Involvement in Design and Process validation phases and ensure samples preparation for the validation.
  • Analyze validation testing and propose solutions to solve the issues in DV/PV phases.
  • Validate product performance during PPAP, DV/PV, and ramp-up builds.
  • Support Production to set the Pre-Electric and EOL settings.
  • Provide engineering support to the plant for electronic issues during serial production and customer claims.
  • Lead and support root cause analysis for plant issues related to electronic performance.
  • Support DFMEA / PFMEA activities with focus on electronic risks and robustness.
  • Support change management (engineering changes, material changes, supplier changes) and assess optical impact.
  • Capture lessons learned from launches and production issues and feedback into future designs.
  • Support internal and external audits, customer reviews, and regulatory submissions.
  • Support VAVE activities, prototypes.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S):

  • Master’s degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S):

  • 2-5 experience in similar position, preferably in automotive lighting industry
  • Fluent English and French (Witten & spoken)
  • knowledge of Altium SW, experience with CAN/LIN, CANOE

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a shop-floor mindset.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional and plant environments.
  • Willingness to support shift hours, travel, and launch periods.
