Responsibilities of « Quality Project Engineer » are :

  • Responsible for the revision of customer specification focused for QM items during a quotation phase.
  • Responsible for preparation and coordination of Quality Function Deployment Responsible for preparation and coordination of Project quality management plan.
  • Responsible for the collection of valid and relevant Lessons learned for dedicated projects and for the effective implementation of it.
  • Responsible for Prototype and Pre-series builds related to documentation, quality control and management, parts approval for delivery, communication to customer and product history
  • Responsible for Appearance approval and improvement process (evaluation, action plan coordination and update) focused for tools Appearance roadmap and customer AAR.
  • Responsible for preparation, coordination and participation on items for R@R based on responsibility of Product development quality.
  • Responsible for IMDS kick-off for dedicated program and its coordination and management.
  • Perform other tasks according to the manager instruction, that is not against the above-described job description.

Requirements :

  • Master’s degree in industrial engineering, quality
  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive industry
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Professional knowledge/ Technologies/ Methodologies – APQP/PPAP (ISO 9001/TS 16949), G8D (SPC/MSA),FMEA (DFMEA/PFMEA) – MS Office, IMDS (CAD/CAE beneficial), QFD.
