Part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, the Campus Leader is responsible for handling different Talent Acquisition projects.

 

Activities:

 

VIE worldwide recruitments:

  • Consolidate all the needs.
  • Handle the entire recruitment process.
  • Be the contact person of Business France.

 

Global Graduate Programs:

  • Consolidate all the needs.
  • Handle the entire recruitment process.
  • Be the contact person of the Business Groups

 

School-related activities:

•             Participate in worldwide strategic school relation activities and partnerships

•             Identify relevant universities and schools in line with OPmobility strategy with the   support of local Talent Acquisition team

 

Employer branding:

•             Participate in OPmobility Employer Branding activities

•             Promote OPmobility image on our career site, LinkedIn and other social media

 

Participate in continuous improvement of TA model.

 

Competences requirements :

  • Business school or equivalent master’s degree.
  • A Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Expertise in sourcing, interviews, assessment, candidate experience
  • Results oriented, proven negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, open to multicultural/intercultural environment, team player.
  • Very good command of the English language, ability to travel as required
