As the Corporate HR Digital department, our role is to contribute to the development of the HR function by ensuring that the core
models of our HR Digitals are able to meet and support HR strategy and day-to-day HR activities, in a sustainable and secure way.
Our main HRIS tool, OPteam (Success Factors), supports most of our HR processes (except for payroll administration, training, time and attendance) - and is used by all OP Mobility employees.
In this context, you work closely with the Group HR domain leaders, the corporate BPO & HR Digital regional team to ensure alignment between business/HR challenges (goals, risks, efficiency, lead time...)
Responsibilities:
- HR Digitalization and Continuous Improvement :
- You will participate in transformation projects and the digitalization of the HR function.
- You will work on continuously improving HR digital systems and processes.
- You will define and implement HR digital processes in collaboration with regional teams.
- You will monitor the development of HR digital processes and validate the developments carried out by the MOE (Digital & IS IT team), which is responsible for the technical implementation of the system.
- You will receive delivered developments, define and execute major HR business tests, and oversee user HR business tests in collaboration with the BPO.
- You will support the implementation of digital annual HR processes by preparing, configuring, and launching annual campaigns such as Performance Review, Development Review, and People Review.
- You will participate in the deployment of tools in coordination with the Digital & IS teams (IT) and support HR teams in collaboration with the HR Digital BPO and Regional HR Digital team.
- You will act as the guarantor of the global HR "core model" and ensure, through change management sessions and training, the long-term compliance with the group's best practices across all HR functions.
- You will coach regional HR Digital teams to resolve critical HR issues, identify root causes, and implement mitigation plans to prevent re-occurrence in other countries or processes.
- Project Management :
- You will manage specific HR digital projects, coordinating teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- You will collect user feedback to inform the design and functionality of the projects.
- You will plan projects, define their scope, objectives, and deliverables, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Change Management :
- You will train teams on HR digital tools and support the HR network in using HR Digital tools.
- You will prepare and lead HR digital governance meetings to ensure alignment and effective use of the tools.
- You will support and promote change management, with the HR Digital BPO & HR regional team support
- Support and Training :
- You will create and update procedures and user guides to ensure smooth day-to-day HR digital operations.
- You will provide support documents and coordinate training sessions to help users understand and effectively use the tools.
Profile :
- Experience and Education :
- You have 5 to 8 years of experience in HR BPO, PMO, or HRIS implementation roles.
- You have experience with SAP SuccessFactors and a strong interest in information systems and data quality.
- You hold a degree in human resources or a related field.
- You are fluent in both French and English.
- Skills:
- You have expertise in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
- Basic knowledge of RPA/AI is a plus.
- You have strong communication skills and can present complex information clearly and concisely.
- You are able to work cross-functionally and train non-specialists on digital topics.
- You have excellent project management skills, especially in multicultural environments.
- You are adaptable to evolving technologies and industry best practices.
- You are curious, rigorous, and have strong listening skills.
- You have proven leadership abilities and can coordinate strategic activities and diverse stakeholders.
