MISSION:
Will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Power BI applications, supporting data-driven decision-making, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of purchasing data. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency and strategic insights across supplier performance, cost analysis, and procurement processes.
Responsibilities & Activities:
Power BI Management:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for purchasing KPIs
- Ensure data models are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Support strategic sourcing decisions with data-driven insights.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and cross-functional teams.
Data Cleansing & Quality Assurance:
- Clean, validate, and enrich data from multiple sources (ERP, supplier databases, etc.).
- Monitor data quality and implement controls to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Work closely with IT and procurement teams to resolve data issues.
Collaboration & Support:
- Act as a key liaison between purchasing, finance, and IT teams.
- Provide training and support to users on Power BI and data tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in data management and analytics
Profile:
Personal Background
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data analysis.
- Experience in process automation and data integration.
Job Technical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a purchasing or supply chain environment.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
