Reporting to the Cluster IT Operations Manager, the site IT Operations engineer in Tangier is responsible to :

• Ensure daily operations of Information Systems used on site, on all technical aspects: infrastructure, networks, telephony, servers, backup & security, computers, software solutions.
• Deliver hands-on L1 support for end-users and serving as the first point of contact for local IT incidents and service requests.
• Deploy and support the locally managed IS solutions
• Support implementation of digital manufacturing projects on site (like Lighting MES AGW)
