1. Safety, Environment & Quality
- Promote a strong safety and environmental culture across all teams.
- Ensure compliance with EHS policies, IATF 16949 standards, customer standards audits, CSR, and PO audit requirements.
- Immediately report any safety or environmental risks or deviations, with the authority to stop any activity that poses a risk to people or product quality.
2. Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and monitor the production master plan based on customer forecasts.
- Ensure optimal synchronization between resources (materials, machines, workforce) and customer needs.
- Analyze customer schedules to anticipate capacity adjustments and ensure stable planning.
3. Production Management
- Oversee execution of production orders, adherence to Takt Times, and coordination with SMED operations.
- Track performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement (POMS, Kaizen, etc.).
4. Supply Chain & Logistics
- Manage raw material and finished goods inventory to avoid shortages and extra costs.
- Monitor supplier orders and customer deliveries to ensure smooth material flow.
- Act as the main point of contact for all supply chain matters within the plant.
5. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and support production and supply chain teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Set clear objectives, monitor individual and team performance, and support skill development.
- Design and deliver training modules tailored to team needs.
6. Communication & Coordination
- Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments (maintenance, quality, process, etc.).
- Actively support the launch of new projects in collaboration with the Process Manager.
- Serve as the SAP Key User and CI Leader for the site.
