The Responsibilities of the Customer Quality Engineer are:
- He/she is the first contact for the customer.
- Inform the auditors on the professional and methodological aspects.
- He/she is in daily contact with the customer.
- Being responsible for transferring customer requirements to internal processes.
- He/she is in daily contact with resident engineers.
- Solve complaints, control the 8D process, action plans, and monitor their performance. Use quality tools and VPRS.
- Cooperate with exchange auditors on creation and approval of visual samples.
- Monitor the development and quality results and assure that the quality of the products follows to the customer's requirements.
- In case of non-compliance which can endanger customer satisfaction, he/she has the right / obligation to stop production.
- He/she is part of the change management team.
- Methodically control functional verification of parts and products and evaluate their capability.
- Collaborate with the launch engineers when introducing new projects into production.
- Plan and organize product audit (annual examinations). In case of unsatisfactory results, require an action plan.
- Propose measures for continual improvement in quality.
- In case of the introduction of a new product into production, he/she cooperates with the PD quality engineer and participates on verification of tools, evaluation of manufactured parts and giving feedback to the tool room and to the project.
- Process visual aids for parts and assemblies, he/she is responsible for training the shift auditors.
- Responsible for the quality of the launched product in production.
- Responsible for support processing PPAPS when introducing new projects into production.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in quality
- Minimum Experience customer face 4 years with OEM
- French and English - good
- Time management, priority setting, planning and organization skills
- Developing negotiation & presentation skills
- Focused on Customer, Results oriented thinking
- Customer portals (Amadeus, GQE, KPM…) and solving tools (8D, 5Why’s, FTA…)
- Core Tools (PFMEA, APQP-Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP)
