The responsibilities of the Quality Inspector are:

• As a team member, he / she is responsible for meeting the goals assigned to him / her. Cracked sections support the required quality, time and cost in the required activities. He is responsible for the safe operation of production, manages and organizes the work of subordinate workers.
• He/she effectively communicates with internal and external partners, shares information, respects health and safety rules at work, and manages the manager's instructions.
• He/she manages and is responsible for fulfilling all the indicators and target indicators of production centers, managing daily performance of performance standards, balancing production lines, managing waste disposal and handling, and managing operational records and continual improvement.
• He/she evaluates the quality of production, is responsible for securing the production plans in its segment and monitors customer satisfaction and is responsible for internal representation of customer interests in relation to quality requirements.
• He/she manages and controls the use of overhead material, re-invoicing extra costs to the supplier, managing waste handling and recovering from production.
• He/she manages the training of staff and their upgrading.
• He/she manages and is responsible for the results of the economic management of production centers.
• He/she manages and is responsible for the use of CANBAN and other lean manufacturing methods and manages and implements OPEX's production activities at the workshop, monitors and controls partial costs according to the indicators, and is responsible for the use of IL staff according to production plans.
• He/she manages compliance with the preventive repair plan, OEE load, controls and is responsible for the installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment.
• He/she leads and manages pre-assembly sections, caring for the performance of pre-assembly activities, is responsible for conducting calibrations of products and gauges at their centers
• He/she is responsible for ordering and supervising work order, safety and fire regulations, is responsible for compliance with regulations and regulations on handling of harmful substances, poisons, and waste handling.
• He/she performs other activities according to the superior's instructions, which do not contradict the positions of the position.

Requirements :

• Technical Degree 
• 3-5 experience in automotive industry
