Key Responsibilities
- Produce daily inventory reports, including GAP vs. budget/forecast, Goods in Transit, and Days on Hand; automate recurring Supply Chain reports.
- Identify inventory optimization opportunities across components, WIP, and finished goods; support plants in reducing excess stock.
- Analyze and refine safety stock strategies for all material categories; maintain accurate SAP planning parameters with regional BPO support.
- Establish target inventory levels at the part‑number level and identify at least $500K in reduction potential through DOH analysis.
- Support inventory forecasting, delivery frequency strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and apply Industry 4.0 methods for real‑time supply chain monitoring.
- Lead packaging optimization efforts, improving packaging type, density, and instructions; conduct workshops with plants.
- Monitor and report weekly INGOAL scores at the regional level; drive actions to maintain 85%+ performance.
- Transport optimization opportunities, from identification to implementation with the plants
- Truck utilization monitoring, identify truck lanes with a low utilization and improve truck utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data‑driven problem solving.
- Working knowledge of SAP (MM/PP preferred), including planning and safety stock parameters.
- Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and real‑time data monitoring tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and plant teams.
