Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Finance Business Partner, supporting the plant management and leadership team in achieving financial and operational targets.
- Lead the monthly closing processes and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with corporate policies and IFRS requirements.
- Prepare monthly management reports, including detailed analyses of plant performance, profitability, productivity, and cost drivers.
- Drive the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-term planning processes for the manufacturing site.
- Analyze variances against budget, forecast, and prior-year results, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing costs, including labor, overheads, raw materials, and inventory performance.
- Develop and track key operational KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, yield, scrap, inventory levels, and working capital.
- Evaluate capital expenditure projects, prepare financial business cases, and perform post-investment performance assessments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving projects through robust financial analysis and performance monitoring.
- Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with company policies and financial governance requirements.
- Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams to improve overall business performance and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Controlling, Finance Business Partnering, Plant Controlling, or Financial Planning & Analysis within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Proven experience in cost accounting, inventory management, manufacturing KPIs, and operational performance analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge the status quo, and support decision-making at the senior management level.
