As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be in charge of the following activities :
Development and implementation of the flow‑management strategy across the entire supply chain
- Define the long‑ and medium‑term strategic and operational directions of the supply chain
(flow definition, development and management of the Regional Roadmap). - Lead the design, organization, and optimization of logistics information flows between the different internal and external stakeholders of the supply chain.
- Conduct ongoing strategic thinking around improving and developing the supply chain through the creation of new products and service offerings.
- Coordinate and synchronize all supply chain activities at the regional level.Identify and coordinate synergies between business groups in order to optimize the Group Supply Chain.
- Manage the supply chain budget.
Operational performance management and change‑management support
- Implement dashboards to monitor activity and technical performance results.
- Establish and track supply chain performance indicators and ensure reporting.
- Maintain a commercial mindset while ensuring consistency across all elements
(scope, contract negotiation, methodology, planning, budget, etc.). - Monitor the operational rollout of defined action plans and make corrective adjustments when necessary.
- Support and facilitate the implementation of change initiatives, and lead internal and external meetings.
Management and human resources administration
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise teams.
- Assess team performance and support skills development.
Client and supplier relationship development
- Develop and manage the activities and services offered to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer needs.Develop and strengthen relationships with suppliers and service providers, and establish new partnerships.
Profile :
Education :
- Business school, engineering school, or Master’s degree (Master 2) with specialization in logistics, transport, supply chain, production management, or industrial systems engineering.
Skills/Experience:
- At least 10 year of experience in Supply Chain
- Mastery of supply chain principles.Proficiency in logistics software and information systems (ERP, ECR, CRM, SAP, etc.).
- Good understanding of the company’s business activities.
- Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies and lean manufacturing culture (APICS or Lean certifications).
- Knowledge of management tools and performance indicators.
- Managerial skills (both hierarchical and cross‑functional).
- Mastery of one or several foreign languages (including English).
- Team spirit. Leadership. Analytical and synthesis skills. Rigor. Responsiveness.
