Job description


As a Paint Process Engineer, you will be working in our Plant in Warrington within an international environment.

Your main tasks will be:

  • To support the local paint department by running trials, communicating results, doing risk analysis and delivering products within customer specifications;
  • Include new technical colors such as: comet silver, graphite atlas, shadow atlas and Saturn bronze;
  • Standardize the primer robotic process of painting application to create a template for all future developments.
  • Standardize “Do’s” & “Don’t’s” in process to create a stability of programming in the future;
  • Support the engineering team on the delivery of new vehicles by supporting in design validations, process validations and getting customer approval.




You are a highly motivated young graduate from an engineering school or university with a strong interest for a technical environment, especially in quality. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g., one semester or year outside your home country) that will help you being the cross-departmental contact point for the plant.


You are innovative with a strong client orientation point of view. You are able to make good decision in a fast-moving environment as well as achieving planned results. You demonstrate strong leadership competences and good communication skills that will enable you to cooperate easily with all stakeholders. You are committed to quality and continuous improvement.


You are open minded and with a serious desire to learn and work in a team, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career. A first experience or internship in the automotive sector can be a plus.
