Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement supply chain and packaging solutions and concepts for industrial projects (e.g. OPTIMAP, OPTRIPRO)
- Support project quotation phases with logistic concepts and cost calculations
- Analyze customer requirements and clarify open topics in direct contact with our customer
- Build a trustful relationship with our customer to open the space for alternative solutions
- Define material flows, packaging specifications, and stock levels from supplier to customer
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams, plants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Become the driver of our German supply chain & packaging network to improve continuously our standards and planning tools
- Support SOP and ramp-up phases, including layout and storage planning
- Participate in supplier selection and validate technical solutions
Profile:
- Master’s Degree in logistics, engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in plant logistics or packaging engineering in automotive industry
- Knowledge of lean principles, supply chain tools, and 3D viewer software
- Fluent in English and German, strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
